Sheriff "Pancho" ChumleyApril 30th was a special day in Tipton County. We are the first county in West Tennessee to sign an official Drug Endangered Child Protocol. All parties that have any involvement, from the police department to the district attorney and every agency in between, worked to form the protocol to help better assist children who are in dangered due to drug related incidents.
